A.D. Welder specializes in the execution of complex welding projects across Europe. We manufacture steel structures based on delivered technical documentation, handling every stage – from preparation of elements, through assembly, to final welding of finished structures.
We work with MIG, MAG, and TIG methods. We work in accordance with applicable quality standards and technical requirements – regardless of project size.
Certifications and Quality Standards
We are a TÜV Rheinland-certified welding company operating in accordance with the European standards EN 1090-2, Execution Class EXC2, and ISO 3834-2 (Comprehensive Quality Requirements).
All processes are carried out based on our own validated WPS/WPQR, and all welding equipment we use has up-to-date validations confirming parameter repeatability.
We systematically inspect and calibrate our control and measuring instruments in an accredited laboratory, ensuring the highest precision of manufactured components and consistent production quality.
Our team includes specialists holding IWE (International Welding Engineer) qualifications, responsible for supervising welding processes, as well as quality inspectors certified in visual testing VT2.
